Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

Processing time does not include shipping transit time.

Orders placed after business hours will be processed on the next business day.


Shipping Within Canada

We currently ship within Canada only.

Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are provided at checkout.
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

JCS Euro Parts is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

If a package is returned due to incorrect address information, additional shipping charges may apply.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a shipment is marked as delivered by the carrier, JCS Euro Parts is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Customers assume responsibility for shipments after delivery confirmation.

We recommend selecting a secure delivery location.


Damaged Shipments

If your package arrives damaged, please:

  • Take clear photos of the package and contents

  • Keep all original packaging

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery

Damage claims may require carrier inspection before resolution.

Signature confirmation may be required for certain high-value orders.
